A property is free to upgrade (but may not downgrade)
its account from the Economy to the Premium Scheme at
any time by paying the difference in the setup fees originally
paid and the fees payable at the time of upgrade. |

Your room rates may be denominated in INR for all
customers or in INR for Indian Residents and in any of
these currencies (US$, EURO, Pounds Sterling or Singapore
Dollar) for foreigners and non-resident Indians.

ResAvenue™
will credit the hotelier's designated currency account with
INR/USD/EURO/UKL/SGD 95.00 for every 100.00 worth of transaction,
done by his customer if the hotel subscribes to the Premium
Scheme and with INR/USD/EURO/UKL/SGD 93.00 for every 100.00
worth of transaction, done by his customer if the hotel subscribes
to the Economy Scheme.
To receive payments for reservations made
by your customers using ResAvenue™
the hotelier needs to confirm the transaction from the accounting
module. When a transaction is successful from the payment
gateway, it is reflected in your account with ResAvenue™
in a pending mode. The hoteliers will have to log-in to his
account on www.resavenue.com
to mark the transaction as confirmed by entering the relevant
data.
PAYMENT CYCLE:
Orders can be accessed by logging into your ResAvenue™
Account with the username and password registered on sign-up.
All orders confirmed until Sunday midnight IST are processed
for payment on the following Thursday. Transactions are
then paid-out by either of two methods as chosen by you
on our Merchant Control Panel:
For INR payouts
a) Sub-Merchants holding
an account with the following banks can opt for direct credit
to their accounts with any branch in the country by requesting
us to deposit a Mumbai cheque:- HDFC Bank Limited, ICICI
Bank Limited , UTI Bank Limited, Citibank, Standard Chartered
ANZ Grindlays, Global Trust Bank, Centurion Bank, IDBI Bank
and any other bank which allows us to deposit cheques to
your current /personal account directly from Mumbai.
OR
b) Citibank at par cheque payable as a
local cheque in your city dispatched on Friday evening by
courier.
For other currency payouts
a) We will dispatch by First Class
Registered Airmail, a US Dollar cheque (payable at Singapore)
to your designated address within 48 hours of the settlement
period. This option is available at a nominal delivery charge
of US Dollar 1.00 per delivery. You will have to deposit this
cheque for foreign inward collection with your bank. Credit
in your local currency to your account may take upto 15 days
or more. Please check with your bank for the exact period,
procedure and their collection charges for the transfer
b) You may opt for the wire transfer
of funds (at a charge of US Dollar 10.00 per transfer) to
your designated bank account. If your account is designated
in your local currency, the exchange rate applied to the transaction
is fixed by your bank and we have no control over the same.
A small administrative fee could also be levied by your banker.
Please check with your bank for the exact time required to
credit your account and their exact collection charges for
this kind of transfer.
Minimum Balance Requirement:
On commencement of the account ResAvenue™
will retain the first US Dollar 50.00 as a minimum balance
requirement for keeping your account in live mode, in the
same way as a bank account operates. Subsequently all and
any amount as configured
by you through the Merchant Control Panel over this will automatically
get paid out.
Charges for SMS
The charge per SMS within India is Rs 2/-*.
The charge per International SMS is Rs 5/-*.
Charges for Email to Fax Service
The charge per Fax is Rs 10/-* per page within India.
The charge per International Fax will be announced shortly*.
* The charges for the SMS and Email to Fax
services are subject to change as the services are provided
through 3rd Party Providers. Please note that although the
network extends to 50 countries these services may not be
available to all users around the world.
