Who is the Avenues Reseller Program for?
The Reseller Program is designed for web hosting providers, site developers, ISVs, technical consultants - anyone in the business of providing e-commerce Web solutions.
How much does the Avenues Reseller Program cost?
There are no setup fees for the Avenues Reseller Program. However, a minimum investment of Rs. 10,000/- will be required of the Reseller towards the purchase of 2 credits. The Reseller may choose to purchase more than 2 credits, if he so desires. This will depend upon the volume of business he expects to achieve.
What is my role as an Avenues Reseller?
As a Reseller, you are responsible for marketing and selling ResAvenue products in your region. ResAvenue will provide you with an Online Reseller Center from where you can assign and track client accounts. ResAvenue marketing and sales kits will be provided to aid the Reseller in signing up as many customers as possible.
It is the Reseller's responsibility to convert each sign up into a live ResAvenue account. You must follow up with your customer and request them to send in the agreement and other documentation required as soon as possible to complete the sign-up process.
What does this program allow me to do?
As an Avenues Reseller, you can purchase 2 or more credits valued at Rs. 5000/- each. The credits can be applied to ResAvenue's product as follows. One Economy account (valued at Rs. 7,500/-) = 1 credit (Net value Rs. 5,000/-)
You earn Rs 2,500/-!
One Premium account (valued at Rs. 25,000/-) = 4 credits (Net value Rs. 20,000/-)
You earn Rs 5,000/-!

You enjoy the benefits of huge earnings as outlined in the table below. You may choose to pass on a portion of this discount to your customers or keep the entire profit for yourself. The ResAvenue account can be assigned by the Reseller to his clients so that they may use ResAvenue payment processes to accept online payments from their website.
What services are available to sell and how much do they cost?
The Avenues Reseller Program enables its resellers to achieve hugh profits by selling ResAvenue's high quality payment processing services with easy integration and customization features at a reasonable price.
The retail price for a ResAvenue Economy Account is Rs. 7500/- and the Premium Account is priced at Rs. 25,000/-.

Please also note that one live (unutilized)credit is required in stock at all times to keep the ResAvenue Reseller Account in activated mode.
HOW IT WORKS:-
a) To activate your Reseller Account you need to pay towards 2 credits a total of Rs.10,000/-
b) When you get the first customer who would like to purchase an Economy account, you can use up 1 credit and earn Rs. 2500. If the first customer wishes to purchase a Premium account you will need to buy 3 additional credits on which you will earn Rs. 5000.
c) For the second customer & for every subsequent customer's you would have to make a purchase of 1 credit for an Economy account or 4 Credits for a Premium account.
d) You cannot use the 'Deposit Credit' held in stock, if you wish to continue your affiliation to the ResAvenue Reseller Program.
What is the incentive for me to join the Program?
Avenues Reseller Program offers a discount on ResAvenue Accounts to its Resellers. As an Avenues Reseller Program member, you can purchase credits which may be applied to ResAvenue Accounts at a discount to resell at face value or pass the savings on to your customers.

How do I utilise my credits to assign a URL?
To assign URLs, you must login to your Avenues Reseller's account using the username and password provided to you in the email sent to you by the Avenues Administrator.
Simply click on the 'Assign URLs' link to register a URL. You will be prompted to enter the required registration details select the type of account (whether economy or premium) and submit. Depending upon the type of account selected either an Economy or Premium account is assigned and accordingly either 1 credit (in case of Economy) or 4 credits (in case of Premium) will be utilized.
The ResAvenue administrative personnel will review the details of the registration within 24 - 48 hours and on approving the registration, a confirmatory email will be sent to you and your customer. In case the registration is disapproved for any reason the account will be aborted and the corresponding number of credits will be reverted back to you. It is the Reseller's responsibility to convert each sign up into a live ResAvenue account. You must follow up with your customer and request them to send in the agreement and other documentation required as soon as possible to complete the sign-up process.
How do I view assigned URLs ?
To view the list of assigned URLs click on the 'View Assigned URLs ' link. Here you will see a list of all registrations done by you and the status of the account - whether approved or not. This page will also display an 'Abort' link to enable the Reseller to abort URL assignments..
How do I abort an assigned URLs?
To view the list of assigned URLS click on the 'View Assigned URLs ' link. Here you will be displayed the list of all registrations made by you and the status of their account. An 'Abort' link is provided alongside each assigned URL with a approval status of 'In Progress'. By clicking on this link the Reseller can abort any of these URL assignments. Upon abortion, the corresponding number of credits will be reverted back to you.
Please note that once aborted, the URL cannot be re-activated. You must re-register the URL if you desire to re-initialize the account. The abort option is not available for URLs which have already been activated by the ResAvenue personnel.
What is the 'Confirm' link for?
The 'View Assigned URLs' page displays the list of all registration made by you and the status of the account. When an URL has been activated by the ResAvenue personnel the Activated status will be displayed along with a 'Confirm' link. You need to click on this link to give final activation clearance from your end.
Why is it that I cannot utilise my 'Deposit Credit'?
If you wish to continue your association with the ResAvenue Reseller Program then you must at all times maintain at least a one credit balance (sometimes referred to as a 'Deposit Credit').If you choose to end your association with the ResAvenue Reseller Program, then we will refund you the amount of Rs. 2500/- towards your 'Deposit Credit' after 90 days of your intimation of termination of your ResAvenue Reseller Account. You can terminate your Reseller account by sending an email to accounts@Resavenue.com with the subject line 'TERMINATE MY RESELLER ACCOUNT'.

The aim of the Reseller program from Avenues is to help the web hosting, domain registration and e-commerce solutions segment to add value to the service offering as well as complete their products / solution suites by offering online payment solutions.
Avenues intends to implement this Reseller program in a just and transparent way so that the end user of the solution faces least number of issues, operationally or commercially.
The Avenues Reseller program is investment based, offering Resellers up-front discount rewards upon their ability to market the online reservation and payment solution products with their existing sales program. The program is 100% web based and all actions from the Avenues end as well as the Reseller end will be in a self-service environment. A comprehensive back-office login will allow the Reseller to efficiently manage his account as well as keep him posted about his sales with Avenues. This will allow the Reseller to go about his normal business and allow Avenues to service his customer, keeping him informed on the status by email.

Minimum Investment Requirements:
There are NO SET UP FEES for the Avenues Reseller Program. However, a minimum investment of Rs. 10,000/- will be required of the Reseller towards the purchase of 2 credits . The Reseller may choose to purchase more than 2 credits, if he so desires. This will depend upon the volume of business he expects to achieve.
Rules Of Credit Usage:
a) A credit valued at Rs 5,000/- may be used for ResAvenue Account.

Avenues shall be introducing other payment solutions aimed at various other segments of industry. The credits purchased by the resellers may be used for enrollment of any of these products as per the schemes annouced at that time.
b) Avenues shall accept payments only directly from the Reseller and not from the Resellers customers for purchase of any product sold through the Reseller program. No credits will be given for discount / commission due to the Reseller if any proposed customer of a Reseller directly buys or enrolls for ResAvenue product. Avenues shall not entertain any requests for such credit of commission.
c) The Reseller shall not be entitled for any commission / share in the credit card or net-banking transaction discount rate payable by his customer to Avenues.
d) The Reseller shall not be entitled for any commission / share in the annual software up gradation fees (wherever applicable) payable by his customer to Avenues.
e) The Reseller shall not be entitled for any commission / share in the event that his end customer eventually upgrades his ResAvenue or other account from an Economy type to a Premium one, or switches to another product of Avenues, which is not included at the time in the Avenues Reseller Program.
f) The Reseller shall not represent a price which is higher than the listed product price / recommended selling price of any Avenues product on his/her website, sales material and other published handouts in paper or electronic format. However, if the Reseller has bundled the Avenues product with other product or service offerings of his/her own, the same shall not apply.
g) Avenues shall not entertain any disputes between Resellers on client ownership. The decision of the end customer is final. Avenues shall also not make any representation to the end customer, which would be termed as a recommendation to use particular Resellers services.
h) Credit usage towards enrollment of a new customer for any Avenues product will be considered as confirmed sales.
i) Any Reseller who opts for using ResAvenue services for their own website shall ensure that they use one account for one URL registered with Avenues. Any sharing /sublease of a single ResAvenue account or any Avenues product beyond its licensed usage shall lead to closure and forfeiture of the Reseller's account.
